SCAMMED. Unfortunately I had no choice but to go to dealer as I needed my truck. Simple fix with their computer denied me the first time and then when I repaired myself and went back they wanted to charge me $225 per hour. Was lied to by multiple salesman about price over phone and then made me feel like I was cheating them when shocked at asking price for 10 minutes of work. I do not recommend at all. Just waiting I heard 2 people tell service guys they will not ever buy a Nissan again.
Anthony Estrada is an outstanding service advisor. I suffered severe damage to one of my tires and barely made it to the Service driveway of Nissan of Boerne. Anthony greeted me, laid out a course of action, helped me get a rental car and assured me the tire would be fixed the following day. True to his word, a new tire was installed the following morning and the cost was less than expected. Quality Customer Service. Thank you, Anthony.
The is hands down the best service center in the San Antonio/Boerne area. Luis Rodriguez is the phenomenal service manager and is committed to keeping you safe. I bought my car from them last week and an unforeseen issues came up with my car after I bought it. Not only did they fix this issue, but they filled up my gas for the inconvenience.
