I bought a 2022 Nissan Rogue new. After 3.5 years and 54000 miles the engine had to be replaced under warranty. I was without a vehicle for over a month. The communication is horrible - they lied to me about status updates more than once. My 2014 Altima's headlights were unusable. Bulbs were fine, lens was fine. I got a notice in 2022 for a class action lawsuit for my headlamp assembly so I took it in for Nissan to look at. They claimed my headlights were "within normal" (even though I could barely tell they were on at night). They said I wasn't impacted by the issue in the class action so they wouldn't fix anything. No wonder this company was bought out— their product is mediocre at best and their integrity is even worse. Flip-flop on warranty claims and lack of accountability with regard to software installed. Since when do LOCKS working fall under software? And why should I pay to make my key work in the door? “Not an OEM door lock”, the locksmith told me. So much for “Certified Pre-Owned”. Never buying another Nissan.

I had a very bad experience with Nissan. I purchased my new Nissan Murano from the dealership 6 years ago with an extended service plan. During COVID, the dealership was closed and they changed ownership and did not send reminders for my regular 6 month maintenance service. I ended up missing at least 3 oil changes and other included/paid for services. I went back when they re-opened and they advised they could not extend my warranty, and that I have to call Nissan North America for a resolution. I did that about two years a... read more

I purchased a 2023 Nissan versa 1 year ago. Was the most bad experience I ever had with dealership. But got worse after contacting Nissan incorporate to complaint about the car design and manufacturing issues with transmission, wheels, arms resting, keyless entry, glasses storage compartment They don't care about my concern ms. I also found out they car register as smart key on manufactured systems for that vehicle. When is not making for Smart key I tried to put keys less control for the doors but nothing matches with this ... read more
