Attitude from the people on the phone is god awful, rude beyond belief. Sent payoff from refi via mail, they did not process for days and now I owe more. Staff is the rudest and gets pissed and even worse if you are rude right back.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Our rogue got totalled, not our fault, and nissan has been AWFUL to work with! They took over 3 weeks from the day the insurance agent requested documents from them, to the day he actually received them. And OF COURSE they still demand you make your payments even though the vehicle got totalled, yet they won't give you the documents needed to send them a check for the loan. They also refuse to give me the payoff amount on the day the vehicle was totalled for my gap insurance. I could not be m... read more
If a company states they open at a certain time and your calling to conduct business with no answer then it’s states they are closed when you call then indeed they do not open at that time. It’s unprofessional! And business hours need to be changed !!!!!!!!!! If I could give 0 stars for this company I would , to the late fees for a day of late payment. I had a payment returned because I was $2 short in my checking account. They blocked my account, so now I can't schedule a payment. I don't know how this is legal. I discovered this on a weekend and they are closed weekends. After this lease is up, I will NEVER get a Nissan again and will not recommend them to anyone.
