I asked them to take my extended warranty off my car because I need the price to go down on my loan , I did the paperwork and they checked my miles which was two months ago . I called them to see what’s the hold up and they keep transferring me to numbers that won’t answer and I asked me to come back up there in the next week . WHY ?? The worst all around. System errors they then fault you for. It's like they have no IT department. Customer service just gives you the run-around. Different answers, no one can help. Integrity is lacking. I had so much trouble trying to pay off a loan. It's almost like they didn't want my money. Terrible!

I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this company for financing. I paid on a vehicle for EIGHT YEARS. NEVER LATE. Did I ask for a few extensions? Yes! I was in and out of the hospital and once for 4 months! I nearly died. Still? NEVER LATE. When it came to the end of my loan they threw a lump sum at me and demanded it at once asap. I was by then on disability and a very fixed income. They reported me negatively to the credit bureau. Yes it took me a couple of months to pay the huge amount ..but I paid it.
