Unprofessional rude don't know anything and barely speak English
I’ve had a terrible experience with Nissan Financial. Their website repeatedly fails to generate basic documents like payment history and contracts — it just returns errors no matter what browser I use. The mobile app doesn’t even offer the option. Even worse, I’ve had multiple payments marked late despite having sufficient funds in my account. Payments sit in “pending” for days, then get returned after the due date, and I’m charged late fees. DO NOT do business with these people! They are ICE COLD and WILL NOT CARE about what you're going through or why if you encounter hardship!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY WILL NOT WORK WITH YOU!!!! They will see any hardship you encounter as an opportunity to repossess and re-sell and make more money.
Their customer service has gone from 5 star to 1 star over time. Their agents dont answer any questions, just collect data and try to end the conversation asap. They don't resolve anything and are not trained for any issue that customers face. Need to hire better.
Awful, incompetent company, they work hard to discredit customers and ruin credit, this company should NOT be allowed to do business in USA, they don't even understand finance or English! Wow!!
