Take your business elsewhere. I just dealt with service after I went in the ditch and broke an axle, and I thought that was the worst part, but I was wrong. The level of disrespect from service was appalling. They inspected the vehicle as part of a recall as well. First, they tried to charge me $900 for axle. I went shopping and got one for $200.
