Kept car for two days without even looking at it. Promised to keep me updated but I had to keep calling them. I eventually teased out of them they were being taken over and expected to lose the Nissan franchise, so they’d taken the decision to basically lie to Nissan customers and fob them off whilst this was going on. Awful place, awful people. Just be straight with customers and no one will complain.

Rebooked car in for 2nd key to be programmed as was told would receive discount on service side when manager was in waited a week for manager to be in and was refused the discount on the day. Cost me over £600 for 2 keys, i had bought key blades separately myself.
Ben Robinson sales rep, was so helpful, described the whole process, explained what everything meant and gave scenarios on why I would or wouldn't want a product so I could make an informed decision. He was super friendly and a pleasure to buy from. Thanks Ben. Hannah and Dave
