As an auto technician, I rarely deal with dealerships. However, when we purchased a used Nissan Leaf from another vendor, the battery failed a couple of weeks later. Since it was still under warranty, I took the car to Nissan Granby. They promptly took care of everything. They rented a car for us to use while we waited for the parts, and they even washed the car while it was there.
