Poor service experience with this mechanic. Every time we've contacted them about a service, we've had to chase for updates, which is unacceptable. After the last service, the vehicle had to be returned due to performance issues, and today's experience was equally disappointing - the car feels sluggish with poor acceleration. Not confident in their ability to service our vehicle anymore at $748 what a joke.
Start to finish it was an awesome experience. Friendly staff that listen to what you want and try really hard to accommodate your needs. Azlyn and Rob especially were both great communicators and had outstanding customer service.
Great experience with Enterprise. Azy was supportive and flexible the whole way through. A smooth process and an excellent outcome!
