Five stars for Julie, my service advisor! She was absolutely great, helpful, and communicative during my service visits. On the mechanical side, I am still disappointed that my AC problem remains unresolved after bringing the vehicle in twice alongside my routine oil change. Julie's top-notch customer service was definitely the highlight of my experience.
