Excellent Customer service
The service itself was okay, but the overall experience was frustrating due to the wait time. I received a text at 1:15 PM asking for my approval of additional services. I declined and signed what needed to be signed. I had to wait an additional 45+ minutes just to be acknowledged. Julie eventually assisted me, but there didn’t seem to be any sense of urgency, which made the delay even more disappointing. I brought my car into service and Julie helped me out from the start, giving me updates on the cars service and giving me clear pricing on the services needed. Overall the experience with Julie as my service helper was great and I recommend.
