Excellent Customer service
The service itself was okay, but the overall experience was frustrating due to the wait time. I received a text at 1:15 PM asking for my approval of additional services. I declined and signed what needed to be signed. I had to wait an additional 45+ minutes just to be acknowledged. Julie eventually assisted me, but there didn’t seem to be any sense of urgency, which made the delay even more disappointing.
