They advertise transparency as part of their catch line, they are the complete opposite! I drove over an hour after calling to confirm a vehicle they advertised online. They have it advertised at one price and the vehicle is listed as certified pre-owned and the actual vehicle has a huge window decal stating the same. Walter and the entire Service team were very accommodating, as well as open and honest with the repairs for my car. After a terrible experience at another Nissan dealership, I came at the suggestion two friends, and I am grateful I took their advice.
