I wish I could give less, have leased cars in the past with other dealers and never had an issue, we did the initial payment and went we went to pick up the plates we were told that we own $120, how is it that a dealer doesn’t know how much will all the paperwork will cost ahead and basically if you don’t pay you don’t get plates. They went by saying it was an estimate the day we got the car, do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

They advertise transparency as part of their catch line, they are the complete opposite! I drove over an hour after calling to confirm a vehicle they advertised online. They have it advertised at one price and the vehicle is listed as certified pre-owned and the actual vehicle has a huge window decal stating the same. Walter and the entire Service team were very accommodating, as well as open and honest with the repairs for my car. After a terrible experience at another Nissan dealership, I came at the suggestion two friends, and I am grateful I took their advice. I look forward to coming in for my next maintenance job, and when it’s time to get a new vehicle!
