Always have a good experience at Cherokee Nissan. Associates are great and work is done quickly and with no issues. Costs are quite reasonable for maintenence and repairs. Highly recommend for service or a new vehicle
I don't often write reviews, but I simply must support this place. Today was my first time here, and these folks more than earned my business. I came in for a coolant leak and was shocked to find out I had a cracked head gasket that would cost $4800 to fix unless I wanted my engine to die completely. On top of that, my warrantee had expired. If you are a woman, go to Amanda!! She will give you honesty and respect when dropping off your vehicle and when letting you know what additional service needs to be completed!
This service department is incredibly overpriced, but they make up for it by being slow, and incompetent. On the positive side, the waiting area is very clean and you can get free water.
