Great service staff clean place
We were put on hold for 15 minutes. Called back, “I’m with a customer, can you hold?” We said, “Actually no, we’ve been on hold for 15 minutes.” They told us they can’t do anything about it. We asked if there was anyone else that can help them and they said no and put us on hold again. I run a 2 mechanic businesses and can juggle customers better than this. Train your guys better

I purchased my 2024 Nissan Pathfinder from Buena Park Nissan in March 2025, and one of the reasons I chose this dealership was because they advertised “Lifetime Oil Changes.” Less than two years later, I was told the dealership changed ownership and the lifetime oil changes are no longer being honored. While the paperwork apparently included language about the offer ending if ownership changed, that was never emphasized during the purchase. I am editing my review because when I purchased my CPO vehicle in 3 months ago, I discovered upon returning home that no charging cable was included. The dealership confirmed that I should have received it and told me they would get it to me, but since then I have gotten the run-around and no charging cable. Best case scenario they are disorganized, worst case scenario they're dealing dishonestly and don't intend to correct their mistake.
