Leo the Internet Manager was super helpful! I was not in market for a car, work for a small dealership and called for their opinion on a vender they use to see how they liked the service and despite me not being a customer of Hgreg they were still kind and helpful! Would strongly suggest asking for LEO!

Whats that saying? Never trust a used car salesman. After many attempts of dealing with this dealership I realize their game is BAIT & SWITCH. Advertising a vehicle at one price and having small print that says the price advertised does not contained dealer installed options….. 1. Look up the car fax by VIN most of the time those dealer options were on the original Sticker. 2. Traded my car to this place weeks ago and they still have not paid off the loan. No contingency because I paid cash to them for the new vehicle. When I called to inquire about the payment I was told that it was sent. When I contacted the loan company the company tracked it using the tracking number given to me by the dealership and they did not find the check in any delivery service providers tracking system. It's very, very unkind to have a car service here at Nissan. They also lie that there's no warranty left. I left my car with a recall, but they contacted me to exchange it somewhere else. I said no and I get very angry. The service is very, very, very bad. Auto service center staff need training on kindness.
