I brought my Rouge in for routine maintenance. Was greeted by Colton and brought right in as always. Service was completed very quickly. A problem was found and quickly brought to my attention. Colton worked with my extended warranty and even got me a loaner to use as I had an appointment elsewhere that morning. All repairs were completed by end of day and I was very happy to get my SUV back so soon. Easy transaction, friendly service
This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had buying a car. When I purchased the car, I had a wheelchair lift installed, and the engine light was on. I got coerced into taking it off the lot so that the car sales person could meet their quota for the month. Little did I know he was getting ready to quit so there was no follow up. Then the person who was in charge of the sales person quit as well. As of date and it’s four months later, nothing still been taken care of. I purchased a used Hyundai Kona from Vision Nissan which ended up with a mechanical problem. The Vision Nissan Greece sales and service team worked with Vision Hyundai Canandaigua service team to correct the problem even though none of the work was still within any type of warranty. The team at Vision went above and beyond to find a solution to fix my problem. Vision stands behind their business and I trust them to do the right thing which is what they did for me. I highly recommend the entire Vision Auto Group.
