That’s is a totally outstanding experience with the team of Five Acres for buying my new car. They are helpful and detailed during my test drive and transaction. I would definitely recommend.
I recently posted a scathing review giving just 1 star to this garage. Since then, a senior team member has been in contact with me. It has come to light that the whole basis for my review was down to a misunderstanding. All I can do is apologise to Five Acres Garage, & say that my problem with them has been resolved satisfactorily. If I could remove my previous review, I would have, but am struggling with the tech to do that.
Very helpful and professional service all round. Lisa the receptionist was very polite. It has great waiting area facilities including a desk which Martin kindly pointed out allowing me to work whilst I waited. I have visited here four times this year and received a first class experience each time. I would thoroughly recommend.
Found Fives acres really helpful, went for tracking after repairs at another garage, did the tracking but didn’t charge initially as the garage I went to before completely missed the dodgy track rod end despite being booked to change other parts connecting to it. Booked into Five acres to sort it out and retract, work was more cost effective even with the vat, and the car came back cleaner than it arrived.
