Amazing service from the sales team at FTG Nissan especially Joao. He was professional and accomodating through out the process of us purchasing our new xtrail and made the process very easy. Joao was able to source a vehicle for us that met our requirements and kept us informed every step of the sale. Highly recommend the team here to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle!
I went there one day and asked the employees for the delivery address. They laughed at me. It's a very poor and poor work environment there. I will file a complaint against them at the central branch. They don't know how to treat a customer with respect and courtesy.
I recently helped my best friend purchase a Mitsubishi Pajero Sport from this dealer, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Their customer service was friendly, helpful, and professional, guiding us through every step of the process smoothly. After picking up the car, we noticed a minor issue and contacted the dealer. After I posted a negative review about the unsatisfactory service, I received a phone call from the manager. They admitted they had made a mistake and rectified the problem. I’m pleased it was resolved promptly. My suggestion to other customers is: if you notice an issue or think something isn’t right, raise your concerns straight away; if it still isn’t resolved, ask to speak with the manager. Overall, I suggest Ferntree Gully Nissan pay closer attention to customers’ concerns and continue improving their service.
