I don't normally write reviews, but this experience absolutely deserves one. If you own a Nissan and need service, do yourself a favor and go to the Service Department at Mossy Nissan in Oceanside. I would gladly drive an hour to have my truck serviced here again because the experience was that good. For the past 2 years, I've been chasing an issue with my truck's cooling fan. Miguel, Daniel, and Anthony were great help today. They managed to negotiate a good deal for a used car that was needed urgently. Once I got to see the car and take it for a test drive, prices and interest were negotiated. The experience took a while (when does it not?), but went smoothly and I felt that I was in great hands. Hospitality was good too, was offered water and used the coffee machine. Now I’m going home with a Nissan Altima! Thanks guys!
My family and I stopped by to check our cars to see what would work for us. Victor Cruz and Daniel Miramontes were very friendly and very kind. They gave us a great deal and we are very grateful for all their help. I love the car. Victor explained all futures the car had, and were able to answer all of our questions. I am happy to say we found our family car :)
Ze Was amazing he was patient and knew everything there was to know about the frontier and jorge was amazing at his job
