One of the worst service experiences I’ve ever experienced. Held my Pathfinder hostage for a month. No communication that I did not initiate 4 different eta’s. I’ve had the car back 2 days and website still says it’s just finished a 12 point inspection that I never got results of if ever done. My inspection is 4 months overdue thought for sure they would call and ask if I at least wanted that done while it was there.
