Nissan dealer was very nice. Help me get a vehicle. I was very satisfaction. Especially Carlos he’s the man and then special Nick. He’s more than the man. He’s a very nice person. One of the worst service experiences I’ve ever experienced. Held my Pathfinder hostage for a month. No communication that I did not initiate 4 different eta’s. I’ve had the car back 2 days and website still says it’s just finished a 12 point inspection that I never got results of if ever done. My inspection is 4 months overdue thought for sure they would call and ask if I at least wanted that done while it was there. Brought my car in for new tires and an oil change. Made the appointment and when I pulled up was greeted by Sheldon. He explained the work that was going to be done. Showed me to an area I can sit, have coffee, and a bagel. Once work was done he showed me what was done.
Great customer service and met my cars needs.
