This is probably one of my best.Apartments I lived at far as the quitness and the peace I get with this place.. management and maintenance. Here, it's been real good.
Christy is a really amazing and very professional. When the wife and I moved from Tampa, FL. into the Lacey area. She was extremely helpful and notified us of any paperwork that needed to be done for signing as new tenants for a 3 Bedroom apartment. Johnny who's the maintenance supervisor did an extremely great job getting the apartment ready, ensuring that everything was clean, painted and up to code. I would like to caution potential renters about this apartment complex, as they charge for broken refrigerators and outdated appliances without regard for the law. Furthermore, as an owner you get to depreciation benefits each year when filing taxes. Therefore, it is concerning that they would charge residents for a broken old refrigerator . This practice is unethical and should be highlighted, and fixed. Be aware my military brothers who are considering living here.
The manager is nice and the apartments are decent, but the company that owns the complex charges outrageous fees at move-out. I lost my entire security deposit AND was charged an extra $104 DESPITE my family and I cleaning the apartment all day. I was a model resident for two years and it didn’t matter at all, apparently. It is embarrassing how the landlords are trying to make a few extra dishonest bucks off their tenants.
