Far and above the worst vehicle service experience I’ve ever experienced. Condescending, advisors with no clue what they’re doing. Drove all the way here just to be handed excuses and preambles about how they may not be able to do the things they said they would do. Never again.
Had an amazing experience while looking at a car at this dealership. I got very fast responses over the phone and it was overall a great experience.
I left a $2,000 deposit for a Challenger, but the deal couldn’t go through because they demanded my co-signer (who lives in Regina) sign in person. The contract never said the deposit was non-refundable, yet they refused to return my money. On top of that, the staff were rude, pushy, and unprofessional.
