Ordered almost $1000 worth of mirrors for a business. Delivery guy shows up needing the customer to help, he is complaining that he is a mechanic not a delivery guy, and that they (Niskayuna Glass) just suprisingly threw this on his schedule. Then our installers showed up looking for the mirrors, and they could not find them. Mind you we are paying our installers by the hour.
