This mechanic is one of the most honest and professional people I’ve met in the auto repair business. Instead of trying to charge me for unnecessary repairs, he carefully explained everything about the battery issue in my Ford Fusion Hybrid Energi and even told me which Ford Motor Company dealership is more honest and could potentially fix the problem under warranty. I recently had my 2010 Toyota Prius serviced at noshimoto hybrid and it was honestly the best experience I’ve ever had with a Mechanic. I went to this shop to service an over heating light that kept appearing but the car wasn’t actually overheating. After having multiple services conducted on this vehicle to fix the issue, the overheating light still came on and the Toyota dealer advised me that the last result was to replace the instrument gauge cluster that was going to cost me $3,500.00 not including labor. My 2009 Mini Cooper was running quite poorly. Derek diagnosed and fixed the issue and had me back on the road quickly and reasonably. I highly recommend this shop.

These folks were awesome! This is the first time I've been to a mechanic I felt I could trust!!! They were right on it! They were up front and honest about what my car needed and got it fixed right away! On a side note... I love that it's owned by a woman
