I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Kumar and her staff! First time patient, I moved here 6 years ago and hadn't quite established care with a doctor. Being a woman in my mid 40s, things are really starting to change with my body and I wanted to find a doctor that listens to their patients with care and understanding and makes appropriate recommendations. Dr. Kumar was patient, thorough, asked lots of questions and was a great listener, provided great recommendations, and punctual (respected my time as a new patient). I ap... read more
I like Dr Kumar and her PAs. They would get a higher rating, but the last 3 times I went the person who draws blood has been unable to draw my blood without getting assistance from another staff member who gets a good draw on the first try every time. Also, on my last visit I made an error on which retail pharmacy we use as I haven't changed medication in a while and usually get my prescriptions from mail order. I contacted her office through the BSHW app and told Adriana that I made a mistake and please send the scrips to c... read more
