Dr. Pasad's staff was very friendly and had clear comminication with me. If found the entire office staff to be very nice and very helpful, even to people who couldn't be bothered to say hello to the staff. Dr. Prasad exhibited excellent bedside manner along with extensive medical knowledge (he is a doctor, after all) that he relayed in an easy to understand way. I definitely recommend him!
Worst doctor I’ve ever been to in my life. Suggested my neurologist misdiagnosed me but didn’t want me to discuss that with my neurologist and refused to document that in my chart. (Basically said I think you have a problem but I’m passing that problem along to another doctor and pretending you said nothing to me). Did not document in my chart at all what we discussed in the office. Inaccurately recorded the medications I am taking in my chart. Please avoid wasting your time using this doctor. Since the whole COVID experience, doctors are just not the same. It's very sad hard healthcare system I was seeing a rheumatologist For 2 years in the man memory been looked at me when I was a new office. He just typed on the computer. This is the first doctor I found in a couple of years, that takes as much time as needed to explain things, address your concerns Even if they don't pertain solely to arthritis. Doctor is very knowledgeable and up-to-date with newest medicines for my conditions. He takes his time and listens to my concerns. His office staff and nurse are excellent in scheduling my appointments and answering my questions.
Dr. Prasad is great and I've never had issues with the front office.
