Spoke to Nurse Rochelle, she took the time to explain the process of doing bloodwork at the health center. She was very kind. She explained to me how the medicare works in BC and importance of applying for a BC services ID since i moved from NB Canada. She went above and beyond in explaining and answering my questions in detail.
