I hired Nisat Electric to troubleshoot a repeatedly tripping GFCI breaker for my backyard. The technician, Nick, was unable to diagnose or locate the underlying ground fault. Instead of finding the electrical leak, his 'solution' was to remove the GFCI breaker entirely and replace it with a standard breaker just to stop the tripping. I questioned him if this was safe, and not only did he say it was safe, but theorized that not doing so will not fix the tripping problem. Nisat Electric really came to our rescue! We had a smoke detector die on a Thursday night, and after contacting them Friday morning, Nick was at our house within hours. Since our detectors were quite old, he quickly replaced all of them for us. It was such a relief to have our home’s safety handled so efficiently. I highly recommend them for their incredible response time and professionalism!
