Went to this doctor last year after a long time of excruciating and debilitating pain in my SI joints. My symptoms aligned with axial spondyloarthritis. The doctor asked for some exams and when I came back told me that I only needed to lose weight. After this joke of an appointment, I found another rheumatologist that was actually good and last year he diagnosed me with axial spondyloarthritis.
