Even though the part needed for my Infiniti could not be sourced, a 5* review is still justified. I spoke with Ady who tried to resolve my issue as cheaply as possible & sent a part at well below usual prices. Sadly it had to go back through no fault of Nis-Spec and they kindly arranged collection. Ady hoped to find another suitable part but they couldn't at the time. But the effort they put in for me and how easy they made it to deal with them left me impressed. Thank you.

Excellent company, they helped us promptly and swiftly. Staff over the phone were brilliant, highly recommend them, especially for their helpfulness and knowledge. We will definitely use them again.

Called around midday on a Friday in urgent need of a part from my Nissan. A very polite gentleman checked that it was the correct part and said would send straight away even though was just at the cut of for postage that day. Advised not to use Special Delivery at extra cost. The part arrived Saturday morning and fitted by garage on Monday. Car back on road 3 days earlier that if had waited for Nissan new part and at a 10th of the cost. Many thanks for great value and service. BR John
