Great communication and good knowledge of the vehicles. I found them really helpful and parts well sourced and reasonably priced. Well worth calling if you're not sure about a part.
Even though the part needed for my Infiniti could not be sourced, a 5* review is still justified. I spoke with Ady who tried to resolve my issue as cheaply as possible & sent a part at well below usual prices. Sadly it had to go back through no fault of Nis-Spec and they kindly arranged collection. Ady hoped to find another suitable part but they couldn't at the time. But the effort they put in for me and how easy they made it to deal with them left me impressed. Thank you.
