I own a home in Nis Hollow Estates, and every year the lot rent goes up and the service and amenities go down. It is getting worse and worse. We have problems with our water all the time, and there is never anyone to get a hold of at the office or Morgan management. This is the company that manages the property. Don't come here if you can possibly help it. I am slowly trying to get things to change, but it's a rough road.
