I am in charge of an office tower on Broad Street and 13th Avenue in Regina. There is over 700 people in the building. I was advised that the water to the building was going to be shut off because there was an emergency and it needed to be shut off. What I was told was incorrect -- it was not an emergency. We were told that the water would be shut off in 10 minutes and we are supposed to receive 24 hours notice for non-emergency work.
