I did not tip. That should tell you how dissatisfied and disappointed I was. I really wish I could have had a better experience, but I did not. 1. Upon finishing, The worker made no effort to clean off the removed eyebrows; they were all over my eyes and cheeks. I ended up having to do it. She didn't do anything. 5 min service i asked her to go thinner still the same didn't remove any hair.

I have been coming to this place for years. It’s such a quick and easy experience. No appointment needed, in and out quickly, and the pricing is great. I love the shape that they create in the clean lines that result.

I provided clear instructions for my eyebrow service, but the result was the complete opposite of what I requested. It felt as though my concerns were ignored. I was very disappointed by the lack of listening and communication. I would have appreciated it if the threader had asked clarifying questions to ensure they fully understood my expectations, rather than acknowledging my request and then failing to deliver. Unfortunately, this experience will be my first and last visit to this establishment.
