I did not enjoy my experience with this spa. I did hydrafacial and dermaplanning and was unfortunately left with cuts on my forehead from the dermaplanning. I was also left with a bruise on my nose after from how harsh the girl suctioned it. I was not offered any compensation after I came back the next day to show them. Very disappointing. I came in expecting the best customer service and lip filler service. I got the opposite. Idk how other people view this place as “good”. The girls weren’t professional at all. Angelica did not know what she was doing with my lips. The little dark haired lady was rude. No body gave me post up instructions when I finished. They don’t know what they are doing Won’t be coming back. They say they’re known for how well you do. You couldn’t even get my lip fillers right.
I just had my first botox experience at Nirvana. It was an amazing experience from beginning to end. Gina was so helpful and made the whole process easy. Everyone is very friendly and professional. I am very happy with my results and can't wait to go back for more. It is such a relief to go somewhere that you can trust. I truly appreciate the Nirvana spa and will be recommending them to all my friends!
Loved my results for my laser. It took about 6-7 sessions to really see results but i'm obsessed with the difference so far! Patience is a virtue and they didn't disappoint when they said to wait and be consistent with my appointments. Consistency is key!!!
I have had the BEST experience and service FROM THE ONE AND ONLY GHADA!!!! i have been to 2 other laser places and this is the best by far! I have noticed a difference from my first session! Ghada is so sweet and caring cant wait to continue my sessions and also get my facials done by her!! THANKS GHADA!!!!
