I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt like I needed to share my experience. I walked into this salon because I was looking for a decent nail place in the area. They had availability, so I sat down right away. Unfortunately, the service felt rushed from the start. This is probably one of the worst gel manicures I’ve ever gotten. Hate to write reviews like this but feel like I wasted my money. The manicurist had painted the clear gel not only on my nail, but around my skin as well. We realized when at the end of the manicure the final top coat had created bubbles on my actual skin when put under the device. She had filed away as much as she could but I have flaking dry skin all around my nails and the nail itself feels damaged, along with having dry hardened polish around my skin.

The owner talks badly about her nail technicians and their personal lives. I had to reschedule an appointment because I wasn’t feeling well and couldn’t make it- they hung up on me after saying I’ve rescheduled too many times (in advance and being courteous). Way too overpriced and dysfunctional. The shades for their powder are always incorrect as well and don’t match the samples.

Absolute disaster. Two weeks ago they accidentally got nail polish on a very expensive bag, no problem this happens but instead of figuring out what is best to do they tried to remove it with alcohol further damaging the bag. We then asked for the manager to report this to insurance so we could be reimbursed for the bag. Today I brought over the receipt and they are now saying to just call a lawyer and file in court because they are unwilling to do anything. And it’s our fault to ask for reimbursement.
