I visited the clinic when I was 20 for acne treatment. The staff were nice. The experience I had with Dr. Rose Genesis was terrible. I believed my acne problem was multifactorial including school stress, hormone, diet, etc. She asked me where I'm from originally. I told her my family came from Asia to Saskatoon when I was around 14. (Lived in both China and Japan) She insisted that the fact that the air in China and Japan are polluted was the main reason for my acne. Went there a month ago and now its out of business.
Dr. Genesis is a very nice person, and her colleague, Ms. Song, who gave me a lot of help during the year, and I really appreciate them!
It is one of worst and terrible place I have ever seen . Unprofessional and unethical attitude of the staff and doctor. I wish I could give zero rating . Don’t trust these people especially staff someone lost her job by trusting them . Never recommend anyone to have treatment from here .
Wish I can give her no stars. Doctor Rose is a terrible person and has a fake demeanor. She gives discounts to customers who write good reviews online! Don't trust them.
