I had a lovely time with Shelby. The new premises are lovely and clean with lots of natural lighting. They offered complimentary drinks and snacks, and the initial consultation was full of clarifying questions to make sure that she completely understood what I wanted. Shelby was super accommodating and gave me an amazing experience as a first customer. She was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable in her field of work. I will definitely be returning as a reoccurring customer!
Andrea was great
I recently moved to Bloomington and was worried about finding a new salon but not anymore. I’ve gone to Andrea twice now and have left each time so happy with the cut and my experience.
