We had a challenging block—corner lot with shallow depth—but Nigam and the team tackled it brilliantly. They took the time to research a specific planning clause to maximise the design potential and achieve the best outcome for our family. The council approved the variation, and the entire process was smooth and well-handled. The facade has become a standout in the estate—everyone compliments it! Highly recommend Nigam for anyone looking for a thoughtful and strategic architectural approach.

We didn’t have good experience with Nigam. He is not very thorough in understanding local council’s guidelines. Our construction approval got delayed due to Nigam’s mistakes and we had to redo the things which was very painful and frustrating
