Great service. Doing couple of my projects and even looking for future collaborations with Nigham
We didn’t have good experience with Nigam. He is not very thorough in understanding local council’s guidelines. Our construction approval got delayed due to Nigam’s lack of work commitment. He always avoided our phone calls or reply to our text. I wouldn't recommend to anyone's not even to our enemies.
We had a challenging block—corner lot with shallow depth—but Nigam and the team tackled it brilliantly. They took the time to research a specific planning clause to maximise the design potential and achieve the best outcome for our family. The council approved the variation, and the entire process was smooth and well-handled. The facade has become a standout in the estate—everyone compliments it!
