Myself and a couple business partners decided to make our small company official and we used Mr. Niroula's firm to draft our LLC operating agreement. He was so insightful about all of the LLC law, asked us all the right questions to produce a thorough agreement and finished the document in no time at all. Couldn't recommend his services more!
