If I could give Dr. Lin Chia, OD 0 stars, I would. am actually shocked to see that this establishment has good reviews. I booked my appointment via Zocdoc a month ago. I even got messages from Niro Eye Care confirming my appointment. I even responded to the stream of messages to confirm my appointment. I had to schedule my work hours around this appointment and I needed to drive 30 min to get to the optometrist.
