Dependable, Reliable, on time and with Solution. All around a Dr. You can count on.
The communication with this office is absolutely horrible. They do not answer the phone. They do not call back if you leave a voicemail. They have an app for scheduling and messages, they don’t respond to that either. If I didn’t already have a procedure done with this office I would not work with them.
Dr Shanmugam and her staff are excellent in all categories. The doctor is very thorough and compassionate toward her patients. She explains things very well.
