Provider not able to calculate dose vs medication given. Patient is without medication and Dr Nirmala don't care. She just said we can't prescribe before 90 days but not counting if medication dose is 37.5 mcg and medication comes in 25 mcg how it can last 90 days. Worse service on simple one what to expect on complicated one.
