I went from apocalyptic care in Bushwick to Dr. Nirmal Tejwani's office and THANK GOD for them. The wait times are easy, everything is SUPER clear, the staff all around is friendly and helpful. On 01/01/2023 I broke my right hip, at work. An ambulance took me to NYU hospital. Dr Tejwani performed a hip replacement the next day. Dr Tejwani led me to believe all was going well. However my right leg was in pain. I saw the Doctor or his assistant every two months. I was falsely told to give it a year and that my pain should get better I gave it fourteen months and things never got better. I had to use a walker the first six months graduating to a cane. I consulted a new surgeon who told me the truth. That a procedure t... read more

In February 2023, I fell and sustained a RT trimalleolar ankle fracture and underwent a RT ankle ORIF performed by Dr. Tejwani. My pre-operative and post-operative care was excellent. From my initial meeting with Dr. Tejwani, I trusted his plan for surgical repair and what would be required post-operatively. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Tejwani and his team. I came to him with a shattered wrist and six months later, after surgery and follow-up visits with Dr. Tejwani and his excellent PA, Mark Hanebury, the bone is completely healed and I have returned to the mobility and strength I had before the injury.
