The front office staff are knowledgeable about their job. Their behavior borders on rude. They are in NO way friendly or welcoming. They NEVER smile. NEVER! Making an appointment is next to impossible. If it weren't for Dr. Nikhar I'd NEVER EVER walk in that office again. Dr.Nikhar is and has been a wonderful neurologist. I always feel very well cared for and very well informed. I trust Dr. Nikhar.
Dr Nirjal Nikhar is a horrible doctor he wont even see you, only his students. I've been a patient for 5+ years only actually saw NIRJAL 2 TIMES. His last student had me go in for an mri but they wouldn't do bc she didn't have my shunt information, why am I paying this guy? no more I'm finding a competent doctor and will file a complaint with the medical board regarding his lack of ethics.
Dr. Nikhar was great! He spent a lot of time going over my brother's MRI and answering all of our questions. I appreciate that he didn't rush us and was very patient while we explained our concerns. He was very reassuring about the MRI results and offered a confidant diagnosis and treatment path. I really appreciate his comforting demeanor and wouldn't go anywhere else for a neurology consultation.
Wow - just wow. Nice enough Dr., but after waiting 18 days for test results to be sent to ordering Dr., I called to find out where the results were. I was told they didn't have a phone number or fax number for the ordering doctor so they just put the test results aside and didn't have plans to send them anywhere unless I called them. First, the contact info was on the order. Second, it took me 30 seconds to google and retrieve all contact info for the ordering doctor's office.
