Although he was thorough in ordering tests, his consultations were brief and impersonal. On the second appointment, surgery was not indicated which is very good news. This however did not solve the constant debilitating pain I’m in. He referred me to yet another surgeon, I asked him what to do in the meantime about the pain, he said , just continue as you have been, and walked out. The day a Dr/ consultant/ surgeon stops caring or being compassionate, is maybe the day to hang his scrubs up.
