I had been going to Dr Mehta for about 3 years when I decided to switch cardiologists. Dr Mehta was always kind and attentive. However, there were some aspects of being his patient that made me uneasy. I have been seeing cardiologists for 43 years. Always, there were scheduled annual tests, monitoring of my heart health, like Echocardiograms and every 2-3 yrs a Stress Tests. But I didn't get that with Dr Mehta. Dr Mehta failed to notify me about a very important health issue discovered while in his care. He then refused to speak with me again after I told him I was going to seek a second opinion. Huge red flag. I do NOT recommend this Doctor.
