The first Doctor I've ever known at riverside to be absolutely terrible. No compassion, no ethics, now I have to submit a formal complaint through the medical board of Ohio.
2 1/2 years ago my husband had a stroke and went to grant hospital first they gave him the tsp , I think that's what it was called but then transferred to Riverside when he was looked at by Dr. Vora he informed us that his basular artery in the back right of the neck was ready to go and if that happens he would die he put him on blood thinners clolestr and scheduled his procedure 4months later seems like a long time ,right so when I asked about why so long the wait the nurse said Dr vora knows what he's doing ,rude so we wai... read more
My husband had a 1:00pm appointment with Dr. Vora, we showed up as asked ½ early at 12:20pm, were taken to a room at 1:00 where we waited. At 1:15 I asked if the Dr. Vora was on his way in, which he finally was at 1:25. Dr. Vora was extremely cold and unapologetic. Five minutes into the appointment he received a cell call, took the call, left the room! We were stunned, waited another 10 minutes and left. Dr. Vora disrespected us and our time. I highly recommend Dr. Vora if you are looking for a IR/Neuro surgeon. He is very knowledge and knows what he is doing. I am forever grateful to Dr. Vora for a successful brain aneurysm coiling of my father, and for keeping my family calm during the difficult times.
