Sad to see her leaving…my most trusted caregiver…
Nirali has been an important part of my health care team at Atrium Endocrinology. She has provided me with excellent suggestions for my pump settings and general tips to assist in daily management of my T1D. She has always been caring and compassionate and shown genuine interest in helping me to manage my diabetes care to the best of my ability.
Nirali has been my NP throughout my Hyperthyroidism journey for almost 2 years. She is very prompt, detail oriented, great listener and an amazing NP. She made sure I was answered of all my queries and that made my visits comfortable with her. I wish her all reg best in her career and upcoming time and I hope many patients like me can benefit from having her as NP.
Showed good intentions at first but later down the road she showed that she did not care. I've asked to speak to the office manager. I haven't heard anything my next complaint is a North Carolina medical board.
