Exceptional excellent doctor for retina
I come away from an appointment with Dr. Shah knowing he has done a very thorough job checking my eyes. I also know if at any time I begin to experience a problem, I can call the office and he will recheck my eyes and do what is necessary to keep my eyes functioning at their best.
Niraj Shah is the consummate Doctor. His knowledge is impeccable and has a pleasant demeaner. I could not have found a better person to face a serious condition. His leadership is reflected in his staff who are warm and concerning in all ways. You would be hard pressed to find a better person to represent the patient and ProMedica.
Dr Shah diagnosed the tear in my retina and discussed my options. He recommended a laser treatment to be completed that day. We discussed numbing the eye, which I decided to have done. There was slight discomfort in the procedure; but it was tolerable. Dr Shah explained every step throughout the procedure. He is knowledgeable, experienced, and great patient respect and sensitivity. I recommend Dr Shah.
