I accompanied my daughter to her visit and I was appalled at the amount of time we sat there between the time she was done with her ultrasound and when we finally saw the doctor. the office is clearly being operated on utter disorganization. Offices are busy and wait times are to be expected but it is absolutely unexceptionable for your staff to be running around like chickens without a head while patients are there to receive treatment. It saddens me to have to write this review. I am going to keep it as professional as possible being that I understand that we all have to feed our families. I was recommended to Dr. Patel by a good friend of mine. I was nervous being that he is a male physician. I had heard great things about him so that eased my doubts. The BEST OBGYN office and Doctor! I found him over 6 years ago after a horrible miscarriage and when I got pregnant again, at 36, he was kind and genuinely guided me through it all making me feel safe, heard, seen, and confident. I was adamant about him tying my tubes after the cesarean and he asked me multiple times at each appointment if I was sure. I never once was left wondering about anything. I would not recommend this OB practice. At 40 weeks pregnant, I felt pressured into an induction despite there being no medical necessity. I was not provided with informed consent about the induction process or its potential length, risks, and likelihood of additional interventions, especially as a first-time mother. Had I been given complete and accurate information, I would not have agreed to be induced. Highly Recommended! TEN STARS! This is our third baby, and because the last pregnancy was expected to be a major challenge, I was dealing with a lot of anxiety.
