I had scheduled a service through ClassPass and was very excited. I came early and followed all the before procedure instructions. I know sometimes ClassPass just books services without confirming with the business so I reached out via text beforehand to confirm. I never got a response back but still showed up early in case, I didn’t want to get charged a no show charge and again was excited for the service.
