I still haven't heard from Nipsco on why my bill is being calculated on last tenant billing I wasn't clear on a lot of things with Nipsco. I first must apologize to customer service agent Ernestine on 6/11/25. I was upset because of a disconnect from deposit. I thought it was monthly payments but it was biweekly, I did apologize to Joanna customer relations agent this morning. They had a technician come out in August to change the gas meter. I get a $652 bill a month or 2 ago stating I wasn't being charged for gas, so I proceed to call Nipsco to make sure a technician make $30-$40 didn't make a mistake. Low and behold he didn't install the gas meter correctly because he was too busy red tagging my landlord for something in his garage. After calling Nipsco they told me it is my responsibility to make sure I'm being charged (not the company and not the $30-$40 technician. Times are already tough fin... read more
I had to update my review because the president and Tracy took time out to help me out, Im so apprecitive of them both because they didn't have to take time out and do this for me. I thank Nipsco and everyone for this so this is why review changed the world still have amazing people who care and are willing to help you..
