Biggest scam of a company ever. Only reason they are still in business is they have a monopoly on the utilities market in almost all areas they service. If they had any kind of competition they would be bankrupt within a month, which is why they are in bed with the government to not allow any kind of competition.
Lack of a place to go to in person is an incredible embarrassment especially given that the app doesn't work half the time for features like Moving Service.
Kind of obvious whats going on here.
