Charging delivery fees the cost more than usage. Prices have more than doubled. Customer service representative is of no service to the customer. A lot of attitude from the representative. I don’t blame her terrible behavior. I would not be a delightful person if I worked for this awful company either. But that choice is yours. Don’t take it out on the customer.
The absolute worse customer service experience if it wasn’t for the monopoly this horrible company has not a single customer would use them!!
If there was a difference gas company, I'd use them. My bill went from $120. to $800+
POs company that thinks it’s ok to charge more than 3 times what people use. Hopefully someone does the owner of this company the way the insurance guy was done in New York
