Paying 18 dollars a month for a service that I’m not using. To add insult to injury I’m taxed during on the fee when I’m not using gas. This is the most Mafia like organization ever. It’s amazing people aren’t finding alternatives. Of course you can’t just disconnect from spring until winter because they have a rule that is has to be shut down for at least 9 months to not be charged a fee. This is outrageous. This company should not be in business.

Came back from work and no hot water. The worst people to deal with.
Horrible company. I’m building a house and they are refusing to complete the job in order for me to move in.
